Preparation and integration held by Vanessa Bright, someone with over 12 years experience in the mental health field, as well as personal experience with plant medicines. (As well as a personal relationship with the medicine guides.)

What Makes this Retreat Different
Plant medicine does not fix your life.
It opens a door you may not have realized was locked.
But walking through that door — and continuing to walk — is your work.
And as many people discover, that part can be more challenging than the ceremony itself.
In the days and weeks after a powerful journey, the glow fades and ordinary life returns. Old habits knock loudly. Clarity begins to blur. What remains are the memories of the peaks, the difficulties, and the deeper insights that are asking to be lived.
The real transformation comes from how you integrate what the medicine showed you.
Yet most retreats focus almost entirely on the ceremony itself. Integration is mentioned — everyone agrees it is important — but the structure rarely provides the depth of support people truly need to turn those insights into lasting change.
Participants often return home with profound experiences, but very little guidance on how to embody them in their real lives.
When designing this retreat, we held one awareness above all others:
The ceremony is only the beginning.
True change requires reflection, support, and a container strong enough to hold the unfolding process after the medicine.
For this reason, integration is not an afterthought here.
It is woven into every stage of the retreat experience.

This retreat includes a strong integration structure designed to support you before, during, and long after the ceremonies.
Before the Retreat

2 group preparation Zoom calls -
These are not optional calls. We will connect deeply as our small community, discuss the process, and also have an opportunity to hear from the shaman and his medicine woman directly. All your questions will be answered, and we will go over all details regarding dietary preparation, as well as any other preparation questions.

1-on-1 preparation session with Vanessa
A private Zoom call where you can share your story, clarify your intentions, and receive guidance in preparing for the journey ahead. If you need any support with figuring out what your intentions are, you can use this call for this purpose. This is how you can walk into the journey knowing that your story and your experience are seen, heard, and held. -
Private Telegram community
A space to begin connecting with the group, ask questions, and deepen your preparation together. This is not a mere "Hi, my name is Linda" place. This is where you can share experiences, feelings, dreams, synchronicities, and your preparation journey. This phase matters more than you might know. -

Two group integration Zoom calls
Integration is the most important way you actually bring the wisdom of the medicine into your life. Otherwise it's just an intense/peak experience that will fade away. This is why these calls are not optional — and are also a way for us to stay connected. Two Zoom gatherings with the group — 3 weeks and 2 months after the retreat — to support the unfolding of your experience. These will be scheduled far in advance to ensure you can attend. -
Private 1-on-1 integration session with Vanessa
A dedicated one-on-one session to help translate the insights of your journey into real, grounded changes in your life.
Access to additional sessions also available (at an additional fee) for anyone wanting to deepen their integration.
