When did we decide that the healing process has to be serious and heavy?

The heavy stuff is what we're releasing, not who we are.

Our soul is literally LIGHT.

 

So that’s why I’m done with “workshops”.

​

First of all, the internet is full of them and YOU don’t want to go to another one where you “discover your soul’s power” and then click “Exit Meeting” feeling exactly the same.

​

Even I don’t want to go to those anymore. 🥴🥱

​

Second, we are meant to play, dream, sing, dance, and rejoice in our lives. Yes, even as we heal our wounds and traumas.

 

No, we don’t always get to (life can be hard!), BUT most classes and workshops forget that this is not our original design.

 

(In fact, most of us actually shrink a little when we think “class” or “workshop” – some part of us expects seriousness, heaviness, and struggle, and this goes against our nature.)

 

So I’ve decided – no more workshops.

Now I only do SOUL PARTIES.

​

This is (obviously) not the kind party where we avoid what’s real and drink ourselves silly. (And if you know anything about me, you know I run screaming from those!)

​

This is the kind of sacred shindig where we let our SOUL express itself in its truest way.

 

This is playful work, but it's not shallow work.
We’re not avoiding what’s real; we’re giving it more room to move.

(Who says that a party has to equal avoidance, anyway?)

To prepare:

• Bring a journal or notebook, and something to write with (a digital journal is fine too!)

• Use headphones or speakers for a more immersive sound experience

• Have a candle, crystal, or small altar item (optional, but beautiful if it feels right) – our Souls respond to authentic intentions!

• Come with an open heart and willingness to be surprised by what comes through

• You may also want tea, water, and snacks nearby (it's not a party without snacks!)

• Connect to the Zoom call in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted
